Been asked to put together a site for a new type of gym. The client gave me all the jpegs etc on Saturday and wants the site live on Monday so I am on a very tight schedule. Wondering if I could get a critique of what is up so far. Only the home page and services up so far. There will be another 4 or 5 links at the top.
Any advice/constructive criticism appreciated.
Thanks

your compression on this image needs work.
Why is it all crushed to the left in a box. Center it and move the background to the back so the colors expand to the left and right of it.
sure do love your tables don't you

Simple things like adding a full footer with 'Terms & Conditions', 'Contact Us' and maybe 'Privacy' links at the bottom to replace the big red envelope.
For the logo and other non-photographic images think about making them 'gif' format, if that can't be done increase the quality of them.
You have a yellowish bar in the header image so why not try to use that for maybe the footer navigation links or 'more' links at the side, just to add an extra colour. If possible try the top navigational links as images in the same font as the header image.
Templarian has already said centre it, I second that comment.
Looking at the code, keywords and description are needed. And maybe think about starting to use CSS more not just for colours but for the layout, try to phase out tables on website you create. (but that is me nit picking).
And lastly on the home page make the line at the bottom go all the way through the brown section, and make sure that the line is on every page, as well as full footer.
