i took those in my front yard after just learning that i was using my camera all wrong and that i do have FOD on it ;). quick edit and poof all done!

you could add more to the background and such, right now its just a couple of flowers with a wavy line through it, but you could really get creative with it. colorize one half of it and add filters or textures or stuff like that.:)

FOD= field of depth--notice how one part of the flower is really crisp and another is blurry

hey mdipi, i think it's called Depth of Field, (DOF) not field of depth... but i'm not sure

nice pics by the way, but i'm interested to see how you'll blend them. I think it would be pretty hard, as they are quite similar so they might kinda blur together too much

i look forward to seeing how it turns out :)

ahh you are right. i knew it was something like that! hehe i just got it in the wrong order :trout: i think i will just blend the edges that way the jjust make a bit of a transfer and they dont get incredibly blurry. I just gotta get on the PC, shesh my brother is so addicted to WarCraft III!

@ Replode: i didnt even relize that it looked like night and day! hehe its just that i took one pic from one angle and the other from yet another angle and flower, its both the same time of day :P :trout:

well, the left site seems a bit darker, and the bg looks like night time, i thought you photoshoped it to be night and day :P

nope, it was 1. shaddow from the house. and 2. i have a red house so those combined make it look like night. but no psin there. although it is kinda cool...hehe. shesh i still need to edit it. blendin jsut doesnt look good :-\ they are too simalar. got any other ideas?

i have a pretty cool idea. take the left panel, and cut it in half. then take the right panel, and cut off enough so that it evenly matches up with the other. then add some blur effects in there somewhere.
