3D rotations in Actionscript 3.0

Anyone know of any good resources(books, websites) on how to do something like this(preferably in AS 3.0)...

when the page loads you can actually scroll over the phone and move it with your mouse.

I would also like some good books/websites on actionscript 3.0 that deals with it through an object oriented approach. So far, I was looking at getting Actionscript 3.0 programming Game University...

Actually, the thing I was looking for was papervision3D. Couldn't remember what it was called, thanks a lot.
