The PSP web browser (if upgraded to the latest firmware) is supposed to be able to hand Flash on webpages, but I'm yet to see any Flash appear on the pages that I've browsed without the PSP slowing and/or crashing...

yeah, the flash browser works but it's really slow. I've never had a crash due to flash content though

I don't think you can play standalone .swfs, but there might be an emulator out there, I haven't really looked in to it

There is a tool which converts swf files to PSP. It is Moyea.
