There are a few. Do I recommend them, NO. A logo is created to define a company, organization or product. You are not getting a unique design with a free logo. If you wish to distinguish yourself, hire someone to create something especially for you. You won't have to worry about any infringement laws either.

You can find designers who will work with you and within your budget. If it is for a non-profit organization or charity, some designers like myself may offer our services in exchange for some advertising. You can post a contest in a contest forum and have people compete to get you the design you want for the price you want.

If you just want a cookie cutter logo and don't care about standing out from the next guy then by all means, the links are there!
