Intermediate Front-End Developer Needed

Hello,

I'm very busy right now and have a lot of good projects overflowing that I need help with to develop. I am interested in hiring someone in the US with a good knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and it would be great if you knew a bit of Flash.

If you're a creative, driven, and problem solving type of go-getter I think we'll work together just fine, and on a consistent basis. Rates would be anywhere from $30 to $45/hr based on your skill set. Very good communication is key to this job as it would be remote - Please let me know what type of hours you're be looking to keep and if you have a cellphone (always much easier to talk directly when working remote).
