Framerate difference IE vs Firefox

My movie framerate = 20

I get 20 fps in Firefox with about 5% cpu
I get 16 fps in IE7 with about 4% cpu

Any ideas? I really need it to run consistently. I'm on the latest beta player (maybe thats the problem?)

^ you can't really do anything about that, frame rates differ from browser to browser, IE's rates are a bit higher then FF rates, I think opera is a bit slower then FF ( or almost at the same rate ).
