Greetings Everyone,
I built a Flash guestbook that lets you become a cartoon character of your choosing and then they speak to you. I'd love to know what you guys think. The url is below. Thanks.

lol very nice, but i think you need a bigger variety of characters, and, it would be better if the guestbook load the latest entry by default instead of the first entry :)

Those are good ideas, thank you. I will be adding more characters within the next couple of days. I'm thinking about making one of a next door neighbor type who is a complete pervert. Maybe another of an old woman who can't hear. We'll see. :)

Thank you very much, I appreciate it. I was hoping that someone would be "Invisible Wooj." :) I will be adding some more crazy characters by Friday.

nice, very nice. but the sound is rather irritating. i imagine it wouldn't be for any returning viewers

Thank you for your suggestions. I think you're right... While constructing the guestbook I was looking to make a new type of interaction for users, but the sounds did get kind of annoying and quickly added kilobytes. :) I will most likely be switching to animation as the interaction alternative. Hopefully the entire swf file will be under 20kb.

I finally added the eight character today. This one has got to be the funniest by far! Enjoy. :)

If you do keep the sound, please reduce the volume on those sound clips: it almost hurts when I'm wearing headphones. But it's cool, nice characters!

Thank you very much for your nice comments everyone. I appreciate them. I am going to change all of the sound clips with the "normalizing" technique to reduce volume.
