Language converter Software

I have download one php mysql tutorials and trying to watch it. But it is in French or in some other language ( The language is just like : "End" is written as "Ende", "Function" is written as "Funktion" and so on. Is there any kind of software that will translate the voice and make it English whicle viewing the same. Is it practically possible? Please try to help me. I am in a mess.

Machine translation is notoriously bad. And voice recognition is only so good too... put them together and you get a really terrible translation.

You're probably better off trying to find tutorials in your own language. There is a plethora of tutorials for PHP and mySQL on the internet (including some on this site).

Finding a different tutorial is gonna be a lot easier than trying to find a translation tool.
