Backend Web developer<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
<o:p>Design Reactor is the leading provider of digital-based solutions that helps technology, entertainment and retail companies successfully communicate their messages and brand to customers and partners. </o:p>
Design Reactor is currently looking for a backend web developer who has experience with a variety of web development technologies including but not limited to ASP.NET, C++, Java Servlets, JSP.
We are located in Campbell, CA in the SF Bay Area...
Required Experience
• Detail oriented Good computer skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure knowledge of web view technologies (such as ASP.NET, JSP, XSL)
• C# and J# (is a plus)
• Experience with SQL (MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server)
• Experience with Web Programming e.g., IIS, Apache, HTTP, HTML, XHTML, CSS.
• Good background working with XML and XML-related tools (XML binding and parsing).
• Hands on experience with scripting languages. Knowledge of Java and MVC Frameworks (Struts/Spring MVC) is a plus.
• Good software design skills (particularly object-oriented design) with demonstrated knowledge of industry-accepted design patterns.
• Working knowledge of Windows and UNIX development environments
• Experience with Localizing Web Applications (e.g., Resource Bundles).
• Proficiency with software revision control, preferably CVS.
• Understanding of the entire software development lifecycle.
• Strong and effective communication skills with both business and technical staff
• College education required in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 1+ Years experience in High traffic web applications.
• Interest in video on the web
