DeviantArt Blocked?

i just registered at deviantart.com, but when i try to log in, it says my firewall blocks it. heres what it says:

You are using software which blocks the HTTP Referer: header, such as Norton Personal Firewall. Please disable this software before logging into deviantART.

is there a way to fix this without turning off my firewall?

it's a setting in Norton that deals with htaccess and displaying site's
correctly. That's pretty darn smart of them to run a script detecting
that, cuz the site would appear as nothing but broken images to
you then.

I believe it's a single checkbox in Norton's settings screen, right on
the first page of the settings. I can't remember, it's been awhile.
