Dj Website administration system

Hi i'm searching for someone who can do this for me.

What I want is simple dj aministration system (php, mysql, xml) The site is gonna be in flash, so I need the script to automaticly create the xml so it can be imported in flash...

The site will include

Top 10
artist name end track name, when the dj come to change the top 10, the tracks need to appear in the administration, I don't want it blank...

Events (Gigs)
Date, Venue and if possible a flyers image

Bigography text (optional)
A simple text (bilangual)

Welcome message (optional)
A simple text (bilangual)

Link section (optional)
