Remove the browser resize (theres no real point to it, and it will more so annoying).
Very nice style and design, fonts a little hard to read, might be something to think about (kerning is sometimes a little close).

Site looks great but please please turn your music off by default... I thought the Jay-Z song I Was listening to was a remix. The browser resize is equally annoying - since you seem to have your navigation aligned to the stage. Other than that I like design.

Shouldnt it be "Experience Excellence" instead of excellency?

simple and straight to the point I like it
edit:/* you can ignore this part
but what does the rubber stamp logo on the right have to do with the smooth logo underneath the Excellency
a & v huh? what does that mean?
phone number part on the contact page is really hard to read

I really like the simplicity of this site. Everything has its place and all the design elements blend together nicely and subtly. I would suggest that you have something come up by default when you first enter the page. The first time I saw it I expected something to show up in the content area for a long time. In fact, I waited about a minute to see if all the loading/animation of the page was done.
I would also suggest increasing the speed of the filling of the text on your contact and services page. Possibly changing easing to something in the negatives.
Other then those minor things, great job. Love it.

The overall layout and colour scheme is very nice. But there were a few things I didn't like first off the music, I like to think I have an eclectic taste, but I thought it sucked, sorry. And don't have it start automatically, have the option to turn it on when you enter the site. I usually have iTunes, the Tv or I'm at work and the music gets annoying. Also the transitions on you portfolio need to be refined a little bit. The transitions look good, but they seem to replay the previous picture in the wrong order when you jump around from image to image i.e. 4 to 2 or 3 to 1. These are only little things, so its up to you. Keep up the good work.

It really looks good.. Very tasteful.
Seriously - Remove the browser resize.. It's so annoying.
And I think the other guys' replies have some great points, so I'm not gonna mention them again, except:
it's "Experience Excellence".. :-)

when i was looking at the portfolio I was just looking at pictures, no information about the project or piece.

Nice layout and color scheme, horrible organization and usability. Too long of a delay when trying to load the next page. I didn't notice the navigation for a good 30 seconds. Need more content.
I do like the layout, just need to read up on how to make an intuitive website.

browser resize fails to penetrate Operas skillful coding! Once again, Opera prevails over evil (nothing personal).
But the site looks good, so you don't need it.
I like the site in general. Things I would like to see is some information about the portfolio pieces. Also, if you click the pieces backwards (4, 3, 2, 1), the transition goes the wrong way. Test it and you'll see what I mean.
The load time seems a bit long for the contact and services since they're all text, but it's not that long. I just thought I'd bring it up.
EDIT: I just realized two other people already wrote these things :D
