Focus on Actions Panel

Hi, after doing actionscript on a movie, I test the movie, close the movie, but if I want to make changes on the actions panel, I have to click it with the mouse because the focus isn't there anymore.

In the keyboard shortcuts, "Workspace Accessibility Commands" there is a command to Forward Panel Focus, but it doesn't work.

Does someone knows how to put focus on the actions panel without going always there with the mouse?

I don't know if this is your case but on MAC is alt + F9...

Sure that works, but if I have the actions panel on screen, pressing alt + f9 makes it dissapear, then I have to press that keys again to make it appear.
