Web Archive File (.webarchive)

Hope someone can help. I recently received a file with the extension ".webarchive". It appears it was created using Safari. I've searched the web and tried everything suggested, even downloading a version of Safari for Windows (i'm using Windows XP SP2) and nothing seems to work. Even the filer converter for Windows office. Does anyone have any suggestions?

how large is the file? Maybe the size may suggest its file type. I would try changing the extension (make a back up first). Then see what happens

Open it with Winzip and see what you get.

Well I have tried everything you guys suggested and everything the web has suggested. Most of the suggestion from the web involve downloading some add-on programs for Office 2003. But none of it works. I think I am just going to have to go to the Apple store and convert them and email them to myself!
