Well, I choose not be harsh with the criticism. Here's my take on it:

Design:
# Can be improved a LOT.
# Going by the look that you are trying to achieve, I suggest you look for inspiration on deviantart.com Not that deviantart doesn't have other styles of artwork, but there's some great artwork in there in the style that you are looking for.
# ditch the times new roman font on the flash preloader
# the apple appears kinda purple, photoshop it and make it look real. ALso get rid of the jagged edges.
# make the body text (on the home page) a notch bigger.

# use CSS
# get rid of all the depreciated (aka Dead) tags. Especially the <font> tags. Read this (http://www.html-reference.com/depreciated.htm) for more info on that.

thank you all for the comments and i know there are lots of things to be done, i guess on the coming patches i'll apply some if not all of the comments... have to teach myself css first... then php and its a never-ending struggle... full-blooded noypi po hehehhehe

Would look better if it was css, also the site has some really big usability issues with the fonts, the are very hard to read, especially with the flash header.

it's not really hard. you just need to use tags then you just call those tags..they're easier to maintain imo..
