I've been looking for hosting plans for a long time now and I can't seem to find one for me. I've never paid for hosting before so I need some help. I don't want to pay more than $20 for a setup fee and no more than $12 per month. I NEED a payment method that will send a bill to my house! This seems to be a very difficult thing to find. If anyone knows where I can find something in this relation, please tell me. I know Tripod fits these requirments, but they don't allow me to have the bill sent to my house!
