Ok so this design I personally really like, so what do you guys think? What changes should I make.

change background and border colour (and all your layouts use the same sort content format that is really bland).

Sites Background colour. Try to put that shadow on the seam on both sides of the fold (right now it feels weird.

I can distinct where each link starts and ends since you capitalized the first letter in each word but it still seems a bit crowded up there. I'd maybe change the font size.
