3d Studio Max is one of the only importable formats.

Most 3d apps do not have a "trial" version due to the large size of the app.

Have you tried doing a search on the forums for this?

Not a good first 2 posts! This is not a trial getting forum. This is a Flash education forum...

you are on thin ice right now...

hey Kanadian, I dunno how good it is, but "Blender" is a "free" proggy for 3d.

I think it's free... I don't remember the creators site, but try a search on google for it...

He is looking for something to work with a pirated Swift 3d prog...

He was just asking for a trial to Swift3d, then amazingly enough, he now asks for a trial to a 3d app that will import into Swift...

Looks awfully like a pirated software question...

one more time!

Did you do a search for this info, before you posted this stuff?

and Swish is a text animation prog (unless they have expanded it since I have looked at it), and no 3d can be imported that I know of...

I will lighten up when you start searching the forum... this question has been asked before...

you have 3 posts so far, and all 3 involve getting software for free...

How would this look to you?

Also:

if you had bothered to look at the manufacturer's website...

You can import vector artwork from popular drawing tools such as Illustrator, FreeHand and Corel Draw. Import drawings, diagrams and logos and bring them to life in SWiSH!
SWiSH2 can read WMF, EMF and SWF files, as well as GIF, JPG, BMP and PNG images.

No 3d apps...

search, research, read, and learn!

mhm, swish is a flash designing program your probably referring to Swish Lite which is only text, Swish is capable of probably 90% of what flash mx can do, plus the new swish is coming on the horizon [i assume since there has been many articles about "swish V3" coming out soon] and it wouldnt look like a guy looking for a pirated anything to me, i am basically saying if there is no trial i will dl a ware if you know where it is, and www.swish-tutorials.com is where i found out that swift3d is swish friendly in that you can import the ".whatever" [extension] into your movie//intro//menu//whatever and play around with it =D. I apologize if i came across as some noob looking for a pirating ring or something to get swift off of, i am desperate for it :D or some 3d design program that can import directly into swish, so that i can enhance introduction//movies that i make in swish which if you play around with you MIGHT like more then mx because you can customize every effect, and it comes with like 100000 effects with it, PLUS you can download more effects from certain websites like www.swishzone.com which is their home website and swish community websites.

That is reason to be banned, right there... I suggest you take an entirely different approach to this problem. We are not a source for your trials...

I am not anti-canadian, just anti-lazy...

Go ahead read the above post... that is from Swish's website on Swish Plus...

Yes, they can import things, but it is not "almost the same as Flash." It is a text animator that they have added a few upgrades to. The swf's are still not importable to Flash, so you must do everything is Swish, then publish with their prog...

Swish is great for the novice... but I doubt that anyone that is proficient at MX would like Swish better (I have seen Swish since it's inception)...

one more time, I am saying:

SEARCH THE FORUM! YOU WILL FIND AMAZING ANSWERS!

I think the people who made 3D studio max will send you a trial cd that includes like 20% of the full program or something like that.:/

well, he could start learning code and make a plugin.

reverendflash
July 2nd, 2003, 06:39 PM
if he doesn't want to pay for software, and is too lazy to search for his answers, what makes you think he will want to program his own plug-in?

dude isnt swish like next to free?? You invest more time into cracking a useless proggy like that than if you just buy it. I have never found a use for it. I bought it when it first came out because I thought I could use it from time to time....but I haven't
