Oh Gawd Help!

I am supposed to present a group project next week - I originally wanted to do the design. Another group member said she had a background in web design ( I don't) and I said fine - Just yesterday she showed me her first page.

OMG you are right. Boy that first one is TERRIBLE and I usually do not like to just come out and say something like that.
How you go about telling your co-worker is the hard part. I don't know if you can not hurt feelings, whatever. Maybe you could just show your page to her and ask her what she thinks...
I would hope she would notice how much better yours is and realize that you need to go with that one.
Possibly ask her for some suggestions or some constructive criticism...say you were just playing around with some ideas, etc.
