noob qns - cart

hi,

i was thinkin of doin up a simple site to sell some products and thinkin of putting a "Buy Now" logo at the bottom of all products. Instead of havin it add to cart, is it possible for users to click on several items they are keen on buying, and at the end of the whole thing, they will click on maybe a "Checkout" button whereby they will be directed to a form to enter their particulars which will be emailed to me?

Not considering a shopping cart, so pls do help.

zencart, oscommerce, paypal, google checkout... they all allow you to build a store, and are all viable options.

Thanks for e reply. Is there any other methods, as i'll be dealing with cash on delivery only.
