We can't be the dorkiest people, although I admit some more than others, most of us have an outside life, I hope, online is just one hobby, being a dork is spending more than 10 hours on the computer every single day. I get close to that sometimes, but by the 5th hour, you basically have gone through the entire internet.
=)

There was already a thread like this. As i said before we are not the dorks, nerds, or geeks anymore. You are more seen as a dork if u can't run a computer. They are so much a part of everyday life now that we are the norm. Spending a buch of time on a computer is more normal then dorkish now a days.
Oh how i love it when the tables have turned. :bad:

doesn't starting a thread entitled "What a bunch of dorks we are" just enforce the dork motive? I mean who but a dork would start a thread calling everyone dorks?

If the person who started this thread is a dork, and everyone who replies is a dork, and in those dorks who replied is a dork moderator, and that dork moderator rules over a bunch of other people, wouldn't it mean that they're dorks too, because they let a dork moderate them?

I definitely am addicted to this thing. And really the whole "internet" thing. It's quite appealing throughout the world, you know?
But seriously, I spend so much time on the internet, because in the future, I want 50% of my work to involve the internet (web, server-side programming, databases, etc) and the other half in my college major: Computer Engineering.
Yep, i'm gonna be a dork pretty much for the rest of my life. But I still do things that you wouldn't associate with "dorks" like partying, going out/clubbing, drinking with friends, shooting videos of stupid stunts, play sports, not get good GPAs, etc.

oh my... that reminds me, I gotta go find those videos we did. We have this one where we taped ourselves going down a hill in a barrel. There were interviews before going down like. "Yeah I know its rough, but Im psyched. Ive been prepping for this for months... my wife's been behind me all the way and Im ready to be number 1 YEAH!" Then cut to the barrel going down the hill, making it half way then hitting a tree, guy flies out, barrel keeps going, camera tilts and you catch a glimpse of people running towards the accident (laughing the whole way). =)

lol. one friday night on campus, my friends and i took my crippled friend out (he broke his leg or something) just for a "walk". i had borrowed a digital camera for the week for a project, so i brought it. since it was friday, everyone was out, so i asked this girl to do this favor for me: tackle my poor friend.
it was the funniest scene: we ran ahead so we could film him and then from the dark this randon girl comes up screaming and tackles the guy. on the ground, she then proceeds to drill his head to the ground (very lightly, but still). i love drunk girls. :P
anyway, we knew we could get away with it because the guy was built and it was a girl tackling him (i mean, come on). once i get my computer up and running again, i'll upload the vid.
