View Full Version : ADMINS! Soul is having issues (as if we didnt know)

lo guys. I have a particularly irrate and panicky Soul in MSN. he's having some issues with the forum. He can login/logout with no problems, but when he tries to post or access the 'Who's Online?' page, he gets the following message:
You do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
You do not have permission to access the page that you were trying to. Are you trying to edit someone else's post or trying to access administrative features? Check that you are allowed to perform this action in the Forum Rules.
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.Any ideas what might be wrong? Could an admin possibly check his user stuff out or anything else that might be causing probs (if only to get him to stop acting like a big girl's blouse ;))??

I had that too.. one of the mods needs to send him a reactivation :)

EG just told me to tell him to delete his cookies and reboot. if that doesnt work, I'll get one of them to check his user status :)

Ask him to check his email, He'll recieve a message that would enable him to re-activate his account.

Nah, just had to call my best mate / ex-boyfriend which is always weird. :sure: Plus he talks for bloody ages. :P
