Flash Developer– ActionScript Programmer - Rich Mobile Media Applications<o:p></o:p>
Position Scope: <o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
Implement Flash-based user interface prototypes and products for mobile devices<o:p></o:p>

Build re-usable ActionScript components and tools to enable prototyping<o:p></o:p>

Write well-documented, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code<o:p></o:p>

Integrate Flash user interfaces with data / web services<o:p></o:p>

Design and implement pre-fetching & caching techniques to minimize UI latency<o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>

Requirements:<o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering<o:p></o:p>

Hands-on experience with product lifecycle processes <o:p></o:p>

Experience designing, developing, enhancing, integrating, testing, and deploying

Flash-based and/or Flash-Lite-based user interfaces <o:p></o:p>

Proven success in problem solving and bringing simplicity to complex systems<o:p></o:p>

Preferred Qualifications - experience in any of the following areas:<o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
Hands-on experience with Flash Lite 1.1 and/or 2.0 on a variety of mobile devices<o:p></o:p>

Macromedia Flash Lite, Flash8, Flash Remoting, Flash Cast<o:p></o:p>

Knowledge of Action Script 2.0 and/or 3.0<o:p></o:p>

Knowledge of user-centered UI design, human factors, human-computer interaction, usability<o:p></o:p>

Familiarity with SIP, SIP SIMPLE, RTP, RTSP, and MSCML<o:p></o:p>

Familiarity with mobile video on demand, music on demand, media streaming, and DRM<o:p></o:p>

Experience with optimizing design for varying bandwidth and platform requirements<o:p></o:p>
