IP Geographic Location

I want to get the IP of my visitors and then get the geographic location of that IP, prefferable in Longitude/Latitude, but country name works too. Anyone that can point me in the right direction, or give me some details on doing this I would be stoked. Thanks all.

Thanks EG, I have used that before, but what I want to do is represent the locations visually on my website in flash and store they data in an SQL db using PHP. Any ideas?
