chromeless window. prob

Every time I visit a site with a chromeless window, the window opens but I allwasy get it on full secreen. Why ?
Do I need a plugin. my old site was using chromeless window and it did work, but I had win98, now on winxp I dont get a "unfullsecreen" chromeless window. I cannot resize the window ! :hangover:

That kinda sucks, i was hoping to be able to use chromeless for my site. oh well...
