How to make Video Tutorials?

Does anyone know how to make those video tutorials which are in quicktime format, and show your screen and mouse moving. For example, if i wanted to do a video tutorial for Adobe Photoshop, and i want viewers to see what i am doing, what software is required? Thank you for your help, I am really excited to know how this works because it would be a great help to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)
