Strait forward fighting game, plays like a 2d game view yet you can move around in a 3d arena.

One of the best games to play at a party when theres nothing else to do the games go by relatively fast if your opponent doesn't know the button combos. If your opponent knows the combos it takes a lot longer to play the game out, because you can get the blocks and attacks down perfectly.
Animations are very slick for the PS2 console. To get all characters and weapons can be done in 1 to 2 days depending on your time making it not a grind to get everything unlocked.
Sorry, played this game pretty drunk, but it plays exactly like SC2, the campaign is a tier grind, where you unlock players/weapons and maps to use in the campaign or in multilayer against your friends. Its weird that 200% health isn't default in Muliplayer.
Not a must play, but next time your renting a game maybe think about it.
