Force Mouse Wheel to Operate Horizontal Scrolling Page?

Hello, before I get all the lectures about the hazards of building a horizontal website, I'm just the developer, not the designer. :) I need the normal scroll wheel to scroll the page left and right. I've seen it a few places:

I looked at the source but not very in depth (obviously) I should have found that, at least I reminded you that you needed to do the same. Thanks for your time.
