Music Looping and Stopping

Hi All

I want to have music playing in the background of my Flash movie that loops forver. But when a person clicks on a specific button to go to the 2 frames that have video movies playing the music must stop or mute and when you click on another link other than those 2 the music must start or unmute itself again. How do I do this as well as add the music to the movie?

I am a real newbie when it comes to Flash Actionscripting.

Any help wanted.
