about XML on localhost

hi all, I wonder how can I run XML application on my own localhost ?

well i did a quick search. i dont see why you couldn't. there doesn't seem to be anything to install. if your running iis, just configure your setting like you normaly would and test your file
http://localhost/myfile.xml

you probably dont even need to do that, as i have ran xml drivin flash navigation and it worked fine from just openign the flash file

but i'm using apache, and when I run a php file, it say that can't run XML

yes, I have a programe and when I run it, it said that: can't run XML :D

by the way, if I have a 2M line, can I run my own web server, then everyone can connect to it ?
