i like the curves and the content seems to be spread out nicely enough that it's not cluttered. But the bright bright blue on the dark black void behind it makes me all augh! but that's just personal preference..
it'd be cool if when you click on 'about' the about tab pops to the front. looks like it's not complete yet, but again, i dig the layout design on it a lot.

The blue is really not cool. And those diagonal scan lines are just too thick and distracting.

I kinda like where you are taking it. But....I dont say this often because I hate the grid. But in this case it is beaming. Your info grid is pretty toasted IMO. And the lack of a header kills it.

@the creator of this template: where's the header? why is there a HUGE black space between the 1st news post and the recent posts? why does DarkMotion's url comment not wrap inside that table instead of breaking the margin? why is there so much space below that?!?!
