Vector Battle Redux With Really Long Title That Will Probably Get Cut Off

First off my battle forum got deleted by accident by who knows..
and this is the redux or badly shaped clone of it.

since I hope that most contestants have a decent memory I will skip the long boring introduction with the flavor of lemon and get into it...

uhmm after each round a contestant can use a character from a previous battle of another protagonist to spice up the battle

whoever enters first gets to make the theme for the next round
and noone can go twice, in other words the same person won't be giving art themes..I would like a general non-participant to contribute a theme but I don't want to wait on a random person...might slow things up

oh simple it forces you the creative to think of an arrangement that works with green...
its a limiter and also it helps the audience to judge better because it shows that the creative was able to work with a pre-direction of colour

so when people judge round 1 they can decide you used those rules most creatively...

granted winning by default is always awesome, but when you start the contest yourself its really lame :tired:

Are these the guidelines? And I mentioned it to them today, but we'll see if they do. They've got finals next week so I'm not sure if they'll be able to. One's got his demo reel to do and after helping him with it today, I see how much work he has left.

the first person to reply to the round with an entry other than the people who already made rules in prev rounds gets to state the rules

and we are allowed to borrow themes from previous entries of other partcipants ie. in case someone wants to make a secret running gag

The theme threw me off. I had loads of ideas, but no time and no way to show it without doing multiple frames. So here's what I did in an hour { because my honey do list is quite large }.

The concept is funnier than the execution. Plus I hate drawing the human form. I guess I could have done it with animals or cartoons. Eh. Next round.

Done... I didn't get as much time to work on it as I wanted, but time is definitely the lacking thing in my life right now. So here it is:

This actually happened to me. Toootally sucked. I got rushed to a trauma center, lost about a quart and a half of blood, had to use a tourniquet to stop the bleeding... It was pretty gruesome... and pretty sweet too! We actually caught most of it on video, but the guy video taping freaked when I went through the window and he stopped taping. Probably because he was my best friend. :lol:

I have a weird idea...

and I am thinking of modifying this battle into something that is similar to the photoshop game and Pasquale's doodle marathon/ chain


I was thinking of starting an illustration in vector form and letting people modify it until there isn't a white spot on the page or significant amount of negative space and positive space is balanced in the composition

one person would draw something and leave the vector file
It could be a learning factor / fun factor of vector art being added upon

and for the art philosophy freaks it can be a question of a copy of a copy...:link:
