k check my counter strike clan site out

I have just recently changed it to php so and added a Mysql so that someone like the leader of the clan can edit the next match section and the newestmembers just by going to an admin page and filling in the values and pressing subimit so that it updates the site with out him knowing any html or any password to like ftp

I would like to improve on it as much as possible so if u find anything wrong or annoying i will look at it and confer with the clan leader

Text is pixelated.
Banner is sloppy (especially the logo text)
Everything seems smashed together.
You need a visible rollover effect for the nav.
Site could be very cool...
Just do a little cleaning up..

too much stuff, but great start man! a bit slow, needs a preloader at first took me 2 minutes to view the site, the only thing I sew was a grid that you have, its because there is too much content.

its easy, start taking sections out, like menus that you dont need or try placing them in more easyer way for user to navigate...the word is simplify!
