SHAPE tweening

Hi guys,

I made a flash character animation for a client about 2 months ago and some hair animation used shape tweening.

now for no good reason, in the fla and swf the tween is broken! I've used hints but the "tween" area just shows nothing until the next keyframe.

anyone come across this problem? any solutions?

there are probably other objects placed on one of the frames, like a misplaced movieclip, or something along those lines.

Make sure there is nothing left on those shape tween frames except for basic shapes.

oh hey....i had this problem just the other day....I opened a file (made with flash cs3) and the shape tweens were all broken. no other objects on the same layer or anything. just a sea animation (disney cartoon style).

i had to tweak it for hours. and then make a keyframe on every frame so that it wouldnt happen again. right pain in the nether regions.
