it was made in about 6 minutes.
I doubt it, it probably took you a little longer than that.
But regardless of how long it took, its not bad. The bottom splotches bother me a little but otherwise I probably wouldn't change anything.

Maybe he just got done fighting pirates armed with vials of hydrochloric acid.
Some of it splattered. Being a ninja is a messy job, at times.

Because people always lie about how long it took in critiques because its a safety net. You'll never get a negative comment, it will always be: "Well thats pretty good for 6 minutes". And since its emphasized (its in the title) I'm going to peg him as one of those. And I know a vector is going to take you longer than that. Even if its traced he still had to draw the picture.

It does seem like, even if you had a perfect imagination with everything planned out ahead of time, even just drawing all of those shapes would take over 6 minutes... Not that it even really matters... I would guess that 6 minutes was just an estimation/exaggeration anyway, unless you actually time yourself when you do vector work :P
I think it's pretty cool looking, nice job

I'm not sure why it seems so important, but it really was about six minutes, with nothing planned out.

In that case, I'm sure TheNreek is taking all this debate as a pretty hefty compliment

looks like it took 6 minutes.
the shadowing in the face looks like he's tattooed with tribal art. perhaps you could screen that back a little more and maybe make the shadowing a little less sharp edged and pointy.

6 mins - why is that so hard to believe? I crank my stuff out in about that sort of time!
I like the definition on the eyes, but some areas of the outer line segments are a bit too faceted. Reducing the distance of the shadow offset might make it look a little nicer!
