Symbol library-Illiustrator

how do you import symbols into Illustrator library for future projects , lets say I create a nice art and I'd like to use it as a symbol and always available inside the library to create a category and import there

The easiest thing is to open your AI file containing the artwork you want to use as a symbol and drag the image to the symbol palette. Then from the drop down button on the symbol palette, choose Save Symbol Library... and either create a new custom library or add to an existing one. To open your library, go to the Symbols palette and choose it from the list of Symbol Libraries.
