Im stumped with this site.

use a lighter body for the font if you can (logo; I know it's light already, but its diagonals don't show up properly. Sometimes it's best to work at double size and in the end scale to 50%)

If you can change the pictures use better looking ones, and fewer.
(a lot are cropped in a bizarre manner and not straight, which makes me seasick). The only ones I like in the selection are the fourth on the first and second lines

If you can, add a small element of blue somewhere else in the design. It a small touch that would make look a little nice I think

I think you should add more blue squares and tone the blue colour down in saturation but that's my personal opinion

I agree with above. The pics used need to be showhomes. Amazing looking places but at the same time ones people think they can afford. The houses you have pics of now look like Coronation Street and who the hell wants to live there.

Also I'd increase their size big time. I've attached a screenshot, the orangebox is the size I'd make them. I'd straighten them all as well and I'd have 2 rows of 3 images at the size in my attachment.

Inspiration....
Being a former house hunter myself I can say your site needs to look professional, uncluttered, tidy and the most important things is the houses. Nothing else matter more than big pics of the houses, details easy to find and a search function would be a big benefit as well. I'd suggest going through other real estate sites as well and getting ideas (UK and US sites).
