Vectors is one thing..but when you are using a rastor image and want to have transparency...what is the best way???

If I use a gif...I get those terrible matte issues...If I use a jpg...do I have to create a mask??? Can I import a psd???

Please help

Try 24-bit PNG.

32 bit? Hmm....I've never seen that one before, I guess photoshop doesn't export to that then.

hmmm never noticed that but yes it does not. only fireworks does....so if you are on ps then yes e-geek is right. but FW does.
