HTML Text Editor

Does anyone know where can i find a HTML Text Editor for web pages (embed). I've downloaded on from richtext.org.uk; but it is in js and i'm looking for one that may be in php or work with php script like this one used in forums. It is for a cms for the website that i've been asked to do at work.
