I have a test site I am working on http://www.thekentcompanies.com/TEST/Pages that uses HTML FRAMES. In the top frame there is a FLASH navigation header that loads various other pages dynamically into the main content frame. Everything seems to be working great in Safari on Mac, but all other browsers on Mac and PC allow the top Navigation frame to be covered up by the Main Content frame if the browser window is shrunk in size. Therefore, I am getting some client complaints that they cannot see the sub-menus appear on their small monitors.
This is my first site using FRAMES. Is there something I can code in to override the default browser behaviors to guarantee that the top frame cannot be overlapped by another frame when a browser window is decreased in size (i.e. force other browsers to perform like Safari on Mac)?
Thanks for any assistance in advance.
