the actual flash effect is eyecatching however I think you need to work a little more on the colour scheme as I didn't think the background suited your design.

There are some errors at the design section.
Stick to one language instead of combining English and Spanishlike.
Also, keep down the font size.

First off, there's no need to use such big text. It kills the design with the huge text that's on there right now.
