I do put on a hell of a feast though. I could always throw one of my "mystery meat" bbqs. I had one last year, consisted of steaks from the cow, buffalo, ostrige, salmon and chicken. Of course some were easy to tell apart, but the buffalo and beef look pretty much the same cooked. Either way it was a grand success. I'd love to throw one of those again.

Not sure where to get crawfish. I assume you cook them just like shrimp. I do have a bit of a pain with those. Cutting the back vein and all. There's another issue I have with the whole lobster craw shrimp Philum. They are basicaly big insects that live underwater. To top it off I've stopped eating lobster entirely as the practice of cooking anything live is abhorant to my sense of humanity.
I'll consider it though. I'll have to look into the where's and how's of it.

To cook a crawfish, you buy it, take it home, boil water, and just drop it in. Then to eat it, you suck their heads out :). It's kinda fun, even if they aren't the best food in the world. Taste kinda like lobster actually, just a bit smaller. Southawn delocace.
