how is my latest layout designs and color combinations.if any suggestions please tell me.

they actually work pretty well. low res though:)

The first one is rather dull. But it's good enough for a template.

The second one is better with the colors and all but the background and foreground elements do not align properly and the bottom area of the second one is well... Just "BLANK"... Do something about it.

first one is ok...you need to work more on your placement, GIRLS air are too sharply cut there...dont look natural..what you plan to have on the top banner and middle banner....i'd suggest you to drawout the layout on paper first and then get to photoshop...
