ABSOLUT - Design Battle

You've all seen the Absilut ads - all shaped up like vodka bottles. Although the tastes sucks:hangover: the ads are incredibly well made.

I was wondering if we could do an Absolut battle - that is, take a theme and turn it into a bottle - and maybe keep the theme computer/internet related

could be for example: Absolut Kirupa, Absolut Flash, Absolut Photoshop, Absolut Kit, Absolut Edwin, Absolut Smileys, whatever..

i'd say we'd give it a least a month so people can do a good job on them (-: . The format should be a good print size (for quality) but displayed in a smaller format (that would display entirely for a 1024x768 screen :crazy: )..

ok got a few things to add; the font used is 'Futura Extra Bold Condensed' for the absolut sentence... Try to keep as much the spirit of the ads...

that's why i'd give more time, and besides, you can do a quick ad too, it's not the quality which makes the ad sometimes, just the way it's made... hey you could do a 4 color ad and call it 'Absolut Warhol'... now come on, you must have seen these ads once in your life ???

yeah, and leave the possibility for other people to enter, make it slightly opened up to everybody:

rules are - keep the format as big as you can (to keep quality) but will be showed in reduced screen format on the phorums (the ads are always printed in magazines, wich means the ratio is either 'Legal Letter Sized' for American or 'A4' for others =)
- stay in the 'Absolut ------' spirit, ie same font, same basic idea of having the shape bottle.
- theme can be anything but since we are an internet-flash-design-computer related phorum that could be kept as a theme - up to the person to decide...
