It's a little to big, and a little to slow.
I don't think people will click the numbers to hear the company brag. Either put the captions in a loop or make a random pick each time the visitor enters the page. If you're keeping the numbers you should either pimp up the font a little, or use a plain one. The backgroundcolor on the menu should be the same red as in the banner, or more different from it.

It's not completely terrible but it needs more work. As Mikken pointed out, it's way to slow and you could pay more attention and work a bit on your menu animations... The tweens are not smooth...
It's not that bad, but it needs more work and speed. :)

I think its wicked personally. Its very good for your first banner dare I say not going to be the last. I like it. You look at it and tell me if you saw that on a page would you purchase/do business with the site? yup
but gettyimages for better images to use

I don't like the additional "bounce" after business-mode Luke Skywalker appears. I also think it would be better to make him look less of a floating object and more a dynamic character using animation. For example Try Illustrating the back of the chair, then somehow blur it and make it look like he's spinning around to face the audience. Or Use an advanced blend to make him come out of the shadows or something by fading the white out of pure black. It's hard to word, but you can push the realizm more.

Its completely unnecessary to have the whole header reload every single time and a new tab every single link. Maybe you should work on making it so that it's more "integrated" and not a new link and new header animation every time. Red doesn't work so well, too.
