Seriously though, I think it would be cool to have a mouth that does a little something or other depending on mouse position as well :)

I kinda like it with the mouth, but it's your work so if you like it without the mouth then go for it.

Other than the mouth I can't really think of any other suggestions... i'm blank.

I don't know if this can be done. But it'd be cool if you could first place the hairs on the guy. Then click a button, and then by moving the mouse the hairs would move. That might be very hard (or impossible), but it'd add a bit to it, so you could make him a beard, or mustache, or hair, or a unibrow, or nose hairs.
