how do i move everything up?

i spent far too long working on a flash file last night only to realise that when it loads in my container, everything is too low down.

I need to shift everything up by 10-15px but cant seem to find a way to do this without going through each keyframe and manually moving everything up.

Is there a short cut to this?
i would've thought that with Adobe having something to do with flash now, some of the functions would work in a similar way to photoshop etc, where by you can group (put in folder) items and move them freely.

use the Edit Multiple Frames option. its a button to the right of the trash can that you would click to trach a layer. it's the one with two boxes filled in. after you select it you will get a frame range bar that shows up. stretch that out to cover all the keyframes you want to move, then select the layer and move it with the arrow keys.
