Multiple Line Description, XML setup question

I'm making a thumbnail grid using the XML method. I have an area where I want to display text from the XML as a desription to the pictures. I was wondering how I could set up the XML/flash file so I can have the description be reproduced exactly as below, including quotation marks.

"Car Crash"
100 x 70 cm
Acrylic on Fabric on Board
