having a little trouble with this

figured out how to fix it so i no longer need any help


all i cant figue out how to do with this is when a coin or a mine hits the character, the character either gets blown up (if hitting the mine) or gets some points added to his score (for hitting the coins).

Well I can't open your fla file as I only have flash MX at work - have you tried using hitTest to find out if your player character overlaps the coins/mines?

i have used hitTest but it doesnt work because i dont know how to target all of the duplicated movieclips
